Search formula with continued text

Hi - need help on "Search" formula. Below is the example. When I put the search formula in B1 and B2 it shows the same result as the text continues what I am looking is in B2 it should return error as "Term1" is not there in A2. could you please help how to do it? Thanks, Column A Column B Result in col B Term1 =SEARCH("Term1",A1) 1 Term16 =SEARCH("Term1",A2) 1 <tbody> </tbody>

B1=FIND("Term1";A1)
B2=FIND("Term1";A2)

Hi tried the above code, still result is same.

as "Term1" contains in "Term16" the formula is reading only first few characters to match the result as son as it finds.

=SEARCH("Term1 ",A1&" ")
