Code:
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("K12:T31")) Is Nothing Then

If I want to change the range to K12:Q31 and S12:T31 - what should I do?

TIA

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Try...

Code:
If Not Intersect(Target, Range("K12:Q31,S12:T31")) Is Nothing Then

OR
Code:
If Not Intersect(Target, Union(Range("K12:T31"), Range("S12:T31"))) Is Nothing Then
