Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.

I supsect that your request might be more literal than you intended, but this is what you have asked for

Code:
Sub refresh()
'
' refresh Macro
'

'
Do
Calculate
Loop
End Sub

thanks Jason this refreshes the one formula but the VLOOKUP formulas stay as they are?

Any idea?

It might help if you explain a bit more about what you are trying to do, because it should not be necessary to continually recalculate all the time. If you are trying to solve a problem by doing that it is probably the wrong approach

A formula result will only change when a precedent value changes. If a precedent value has changed and the formula is not updating as expected, then it could be that you're using the wrong type of formula or possibly that the formula doesn't work in the way that you think it will. Without more information from you diagnosing the problem is near impossible.

If you have automatic calculation on then you shouldn't need a macro to refresh constantly.
