Drop Down List Pulling From Range From Different Workbook

Is there a simple way to have dropdown look to a range in a separate workbook?

Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand

Are you dealing with Opened ... or Closed workbooks ?
