Conditional formatting

In conditional formatting I would like to highlight the whole row when yes is entered into cell M2 then each row after that.
Sorry cannot paste table into here

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Select From A2 down & right so you have the whole range where this might apply selected then in Conditional Formatting choose
New Rule - Use a formula ... - Format values where this formula is true: =$M2="Yes" - Format... - Choose formatting - OK - OK
