Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
One simple way:
Code:
Sub SwapData()

    Dim data1, data2

    data1 = Range("F5")
    data2 = Range("F6")
    Range("D5:D6").Copy Range("F5")
    Range("D5") = data1
    Range("D6") = data2

End Sub
