Sum if Question

I have a list of employees in Column A (some employees are listed multiple times), Column B is the date, and Column H is a points total. Column P I have a unique sorted list of each employee. I would like Column Q to show to sum of points for each employee from column H. I am not sure how to do this.

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
How about
=SUMIF(A:A,P2,H:H)

Assuming a header row in row 1 with data starting in row 2:

=SUMIF(A:A,P2,H:H)

in Q2 and then copy down. You could also have used a pivot table.
