I have a column that I want to filter on in a pivot table. The column contains multiple values in some cells, how do I filter out only words that contain certain cell ranges:

For example these are all values in the cells and I only want to see the rows that contain HART for example?

Thank you any help will be appreciated!

Line 1 Column A

MHP Visit (Client Requested), MMPI Administration, HART Initiation, Coordination of Care

Line 2 Column A

<colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>
BPS and MHSF-III

Line 3 Column A
HART Initiation, MMPI Interpretation

Line 4 Column A
Case Consultation / Update (Staff Requested)
Line 5 Column A
Psychological Testing, Risk Assessment

<colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Thank you. Not sure where I would put that. "Label Filters - Contains - HART" I don't know Pivot tables very well. Thanks.

I use a PC and Office 365.

I apologize not sure if the reply was intentionally left blank. I know how to create a pivot table and have the filter but don't know how to tell it to filter only rows that contains HART. I can't see where I can put the criteria. In a regular filter I can put contains HART but I don't see the option in the Pivot. Thanks

Thank you. Trying to send you my pivot but the site is restricted here at my work. The column Restricted services where the text HART would be is a filter in my pivot the Rows are Client Names, Columns are Assigned and it's not giving me the option to select label filters.
