Hi all,

I want to group rows in blocks of 2 rows at a time. For example...row 1 & 2 would be a group. row 3 & 4 would be a group. so on and so forth. I want to use the 1 & 2 button to open and collapse the groups. I had it before but can't for the life of me remember how to do it again. I have tried the group method under the Data ribbon but it keeps putting them all together.

Thanks!

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Group the first two rows then copy/pastespecial-format
