Hi,

I have two tables similar to the following:
1.
ABCDEFGH
Codeop1op2op3op4op5op6op7
1ABC123XYnoneZZWRnonenoneLUG
2XYZ789nonenoneZZnoneLUGXYnone

<tbody>
</tbody>
In this table each of the options has a drop down from a defined list.

2.
ABCDEFGHI
1Step#XYXXWRLUGFSJZZPSNWEI
2Step111100011
3Step201001011

<tbody>
</tbody>

What I want is a formula that will return 1 if any of the options in the #1 table have a 1 in the #2 table or return 0 if none of the options are met.
Any suggestions on where to get started?

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
G'day seguin85,

A little more information may help get an answer.
Where do you want the "1" to appear if the conditions are met?
Do you only want one "1" or is it a "1" for every time the conditions are met for each option?

Cheers

It will be on a second sheet, but in column I on table 1 will do and I can reference that from that page. Also, I just want 1 if any conditions are met and 0 if none are met. Thanks!

Can you state what the results for your sample data should be and set out the steps that you would do manually to get those results?
