Sending data from Excel

Does anybody know if it is possible to send an Excel workbook from within the workbook using a macro?
I know it is possible to send it as an email, but what I really would like to do is submit to webpage. At the moment I have to go to the webpage, press on a browse-button and find the file and the press submit, and I was hoping I could do it all from within Excel.

If there are other ways to send the workbook information on this would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
See the Publish method in the VBA helps. There is also provided a reasonably good example of how to use this to publish a web page from within Excel.
