Am using Excell"95". How do I convert to a file (html) that can used on the web?
Would an update to a newer Excell help?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
you may not need to convert, per se, if you just want to show your excel spreadhseet via a webpage...

(I'm open to be corrected here though as I'm on '97)

if you're familiar with HTML, simply include a link something along the lines of :

{A HREF="filepath/filename.xls"}link description{/A}

where the curley brackets are actually the< and the > signs

this will make a link which, when clicked on, should open up your excel worksheet, fully functionally.

Apologies if you just wanted to convert your spreadhseet to an HTML document though as none of the above helps
