I've tried this a million different ways and it doesn't seem to work.
Copy a range of cells that contains empty cells, right-click paste special, select values and skip blanks. The exact same range is pasted in, blank cells and all!!!
How is this supposed to work? Is this a bug or is this user error?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Figured this one out on my own. SkipBlanks only means that blank cells when pasted will not wipeout exsisting data.
