Hi!

I have a column in my sheet with those data in it:
street, city (state), zip code

Now, I want to have this address with the street in on column, the city (state) in an other and the zip code in a last one.

Any idea how I do that?

Use Data, What-If Analysis, Goal Seek to find the correct input cell value to reach a desired result
How about using the Data>Text to columns, with a comma as the delimiter?
