Excel 97 -
Can you use the Common Dialog Control (CDC) OCX with 97? I can do it on my machine but when I give the same XLS/VBA to someone else with the same version of Excel, it fails - can't load object. If I remove the common dialog control and use a text box to get filename, it will work on the other machine so I figure the CDC is causing the problem.

I tried using regsrv32 comdlg32.ocx. That registers the OCX but then it says it is nor properly licensed! Very frustrating.

Thank you for your help.
