HOW DO U MAKE 2 dates STick together to make a WEEK LIKE 21/

i dont no how u make them stick together n excel recognises them as a week? how do u make weeks? n how do i group the sales data into weeks and put the weekly sales revenue in a workbook?

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Sami, I think we "beat this one to death". You don't seem interested in using a PivotTable as was suggested repeatedly.

what do u guys mean???? i should make a pivot table for the week date and sales (will it group them???)

but the sales data needs to be groped by week. plzzzzzzzzz ive been working on this for 8 hourssss flat and im sick to death of this project!!!
can any one give me anycodes??? i have what the sales workbook looks like in another one of my messages and the accounts is just 2 colums week date and sales revenue. PLEASE!!!

You can group your data by weeks. Create your pivot table, stick the Date as a row or column field with your sales as the data field. When you're done, right-click on the date heading in the pivot table, select Group and Outline- Group click on Days and set the number of days to 7 with the spin button at the bottom.
