I am bassicly importing data which can be of difereing lenght, i have to do calculations on this data. At the moment i have recorded a macro which does a set number of calculations which is grether than the number of entries. I was wondering is their any way that you it could be set it up so that it only does the calcuations for the number of entries present and stops after this point.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.

Post your macro code and I'll (or someone else will) help you clean it up.
