Sending mail

I have 5 sheets in one book and 5 sheets in another book. Each sheet contains relevant data to one specific mail recipeant. ie i have 10 mails to send out. I want to find out if it is possible to send these mail out automaticaly ie when i run the program, And to send them out only if they contain data. If they are blank i dont want to send out a blank e-mail. Help much appreciated!
