    I have a simple If function formula

    =IF(D7<=D6*75%,"In Budget","Over budget")

    I wish to change the font color for my answers i.e In budget in green and over budget in red,

    is this possible?

    Hi

    You can use Conditional formatting for this. It's found under Format on the main menu

    Another way...

    Use =(D7<=D6*75%)+0 and apply the following custom number format...

    [=1][Green]"In Budget";[=0][Red]"Over budget"
