After putting in a button on my worksheet, I've assigned a macro on it. Now I'm trying to print the sheet wif the button but my print preview doesn't show the button. So I just printed it out to check whether the button would then be printed. But it still is not printed out. How come the buttons do not come out on the print preview when the buttons do exist in the worksheet. Can someone pls help me so that I am able to print out the buttons in my worksheet?

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
If you right-click the button on your sheet and select "format control", then choose the properties tab, you'll see a check box as the last choice "Printable object", or something close. if this is selected, your button should show up when you print the worksheet...

That it?

<marquee behavior="alternate"><font color=blue>neo</marquee>

Right click on your button (I'm assuming it's a form button), select Format Control, select the Properties tab, and check off the Print Object check box.

Well it looks like I'm the bronze medalist on this question :)

Regards,

You know, you may have something there!! I wonder who I need to bribe to ensure gold from now on.

PS - thanks for the laugh, it's been a rough couple of days and that's just what I needed.

I went to college at Michigan State and my freshman year there was a guy on my dorm floor from Hawaii. We asked him WHY he left paradise to go to school in Michigan. He said he wanted to experience something different. One 12 degree F January morning with two feet of snow on the ground and more falling, I came across him standing on the sidewalk staring into the sky and mumbling over and over "What was I thinking?"
