Has anyone ever used Excel to Extract Information from the Remedy database? Currently I wrote a rather large macro which takes information that remedy pastes on the clipboard and then pastes it into its template and do all of the necessary formatting/calculations to make a good status report in VB.
However I think it's time I skipped grabbing the information off of the clipboard and learn how to extract directly from the Sybase Database.
