We have exported a whole load of information to excel,

essentially a list of contacts- i.e. name, number, address, firm etc,

is there any way we can convert these to vCards to be used in outlook?!!

quite an odd one this, im stumped, i looked for some kind of intermediate step too but still struggled to find anything ..

any ideas ne one?

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
You can import into outlook directly from an excel file, no need to use vcf's. Just use File|Import and Export|Import from another program or file|Microsoft Excel

hi there - this is my first post and I am lost with excel - i can meander through it and mae it work by trail by fire....

question on the post above - in what foramt in excel do i create a list - how should i label the colomns? or do i label the rows?

I am trying to help my boss create an excel list of our company contacts based off of her vcards and we want to send this list in excel format to our new hires too...

I was also hoping yhou could tell me if you have ever seen a program where you can create org charts from vcards...

Thanks so much!

Welcome to the Board!

Since you started another post of your own, how 'bout just continuing there.

Duplicate posts tend to make a mess. ;)
