How can i paste link a graph in my own excel workbook to a seperate workbook for reporting purposes.

(i.e. I am trying to avoid having to open my reporting pack every week and perform copy sheet each time for the updated version)

Many thanks

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
Hello Graeme,

There are different ways:
- You can create a graph in the input file1 and then copy (only the graph) of the file2 you want to use. Everytime you will open the file2 excel will ask if you want to update your values.
- Then instead of copying a sheet, then open the two files, on your file2, select the first Cell (A1), write
=
and then click on the similar cell on File1. Then drag the value. (Your sheet will be full of info like " =[File1]Sheet1!A1 "
And create a new graph based on the file2.

Regards,
Pierre
