If I have several hundred items and rather than print many pages with say 40 items per page, how can I get excel to take the next 40 items and bring it to the top of the 1st page spread sheet and across so that it "fills" the printed page. In other words you have 3 columns of items 1-40 top to bottom and then another 40 items to the right of the 1st 40 items so that you utilize the enitire page?
