I need help developing a simple bond chart

Can someone give me a few tips on devloping a bond chart. For exaple between $0-$500,00 my bond rate is .014% from $500,000-$1.500.000 it is .007% etc etc etc I want to build a chart where I input total job and it calculates the total bond rate any ideas?
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
