Hide row and column references

How can I hide the row and column references in excel. I'm not sure exactly what they are called but I'm talking about the row numbers and column labels.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
In VBA, use: -

ActiveWindow.DisplayHeadings = False

(make sure you turn it back on :)).
