I would like to make a graph with an x, y and z axis. All of the choices that excel gives me are only x,y graphs. How can I plot a 3-axis graph?
Thank you!

I menat to add that 0 should be at the 'hub' of the cross, so if you only have +ve values of x and y you can in fact cut 2 of the 'branches' off ...

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
I arranged my data as you suggested, but it did not plot as I hoped. I would like the x-axis to range from 5-60 and the y-axis from .5-1. Instead, my x-axis ranges from 1-13 and my y-axis from 0-60. I would like to show you how I arranged my data and the graph, but I don't know how to post it on here.
thanks for your help!

Hi. Welcome to the board.

Given that this thread is over a decade old there's no guarantee that the posters are still alive, let alone paying attention (although one is hopeful on both counts).

You should start a new thread for a new issue - if another thread is relevant, post a link to it.

However, as we're here: describe your data and the effect you are trying to achieve.
