2 lat long convert distance using excel

I am look for a formula to convert two latitude/longitude to give my the distance between them using excel. Can somebody help me with a formula to do this? Thanks :eek:
 

Excel Facts

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
