What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.

In an adjacent column put this formula (assumes your 020311 is in cell A1):

=DATE(LEFT(A1,2),MID(A1,3,2),RIGHT(A1,2))

This will create a date that you can copy and Paste|Special|Values over-writing your original data.

Hope this helps you out :)
