Copying partial text/number?

Hello
I am wondering is there a formula to copy part of a text/number to another cell?
e.g Weight = 233
copy 233 to another cell

Yes, in this case, if your original text is in cell a1, use the following:

=RIGHT(a1,3)+0

The 0 converts the new string to a number.
