With some assistance from this board I was able to create an add-in, with a toolbar button.

Next problem, when I tried installing it on a coworkers computer it didnt work. When I hit ALT-F11 I noticed that the Userform and Modules didn't install.

Is there a logical explanation as to why?

Thx.

There could be any number of logical reasons why. How did you install the add-in?

After compilation I save the WB as an .xla. I used tools/add-in to install, but the userform and code didnt come over.

May be possible I saved it incorrectly??
