User Interface Suggestions...

Guys, I'm looking to create a nice snazzy interface with forms (for user entry, output, etc.) and other bells and whistles offered by excel 2000. I'd like to know of any web resources that explain these tools in detail to serve as a tutorial...or perhaps some books? Thanks guys....
