Column names have changed from letters A1 to numbers 1,2,3

I need help on changing my columns back to letters instead of numbers so that my formulas will work properly. Any help would be appreciated.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Sort by date Sort by votes
