How to compare entire columns of data?

I have about 200 columns of data.
Is there a way to check if each column is unique?

EG1
A B C D E
X C D U P
Y Q R I L
Z R Y O R
S Z
U

in this example, columns A through E all contain unique data sets.

EG2
A B C
1 O 1
Y G Y
T 4 T

In this case, columns A and C are identical so I want to flag this.

Any help appreciated!
