Is there a way to configure Excel to automatically put two decimal points in the cell like a 10-key machine. For example, when I key in 12345, I want it to display 123.45

Thanks

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

Choose the Tools | Options... menu command. Consult the Edit tab. Set the Fixed Decimal value to 2.
