Is it possible to automatically set page views?

I have a spreadsheet almost ready to go and have been testing it. The sheet requires user input into many cells which are accessed via the TAB or cursor keys. Once the user has reached the bottom of viewable area, hitting the TAB key only scrolls the page one line (to the next available cell). Is there a way to program certain cells to automatically position themselves at the top of the viewable area once they've been TABBED into?
