Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
Hi

Try this

Set x = ActiveCell
Range("EE101").Select.
Range("EE101").Value = 777
x.Select
End Sub

If your active cell is F7 the code will select EE101, insert 777 then return to F7

Hope this helps
regards
Derek
