Thread: Subtotaling

  1. #1

I am attempting to provide a listing of year 2001 customer sales totals to my sales force. The row should have the customer name, address, phone, and 2001 sales. Over 15,000 entries and just over 3,000 customers.

I get to the point where I have everything sorted and subtotaled - but the subtotal appears in a new row and that row doesn't contain the address and phone information.

Can I move the placement of the subtotal to a line above or copy the address/phone stuff onto the subtotal line (without having to do it one by one) ?

You could create a new column or use a blank
column and include the relevant text. Heading for this column NDesc

    partial formula =B2&" "&C2 .....

Use Data Subtotal Sum at change in NDesc
