Adding Sick Time

I have set up a worksheet for the year with every date on it, I would like Excel to add 12 hrs on the 1st day of each month, to my sicktime column, but not until the 1st day of every month occurs. Can it be done?

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Try using an If statement with the Date function. IF Date=first day of the month Then add 12 hours to sick column.

Hope this helps.
Kind regards, Al
