page viewing

I have a spreadsheet that is several pages long. When tabbing through cells and selection reaches bottom of page, the next tab only scrolls the page by one row, keeping the active cell at the bottom of the page. Is there any way to program certain cells to re-position the page so the active cell is at the top of viewable area? (Sort of a "page-down" command once the cell is selected.)
