I am trying to change the color of the texts in a column with text "Grade or Code"
I am in the Conditional Format->Formula Is.
Then I type in
=OR("Grade","Code")
however, it doesn't work
Did I do something wrong?
Please help
Thanks in advance

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

=OR(A1="Grade",A1="Code")

where A1 is the cell to which you want to apply cond format.
