I am trying to write a macro that will fill a range automactically, but the range will vary and does not remain static. A user needs to be able to define the range by using a button. Any suggestions as to the best approach!

Thanks in advance

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.

"fill a range automactically"
What do you want to fill it with?

"user needs to be able to define the range by using a button"
Do you mean that the user will supply the range to be filled via, for example, an input box?
