Adding check boxes and option buttons

How do I add check boxed and option/radio buttons to my worksheet?

I have the control toolbox open and can see the options that I want to use - I just can't figure out how to put them into my worksheet.

Help!

Click the one you want from the control toolbox and then click the worksheet. Then right click on the control and select "View Code". Then enter your code.
