Trouble with zero's

Is there a simple way to either record a macro, or do a bit of VB programming that would take a cell's contents and add a leading zero to it? Example, value is :20, but I need it to be 0:20. It has to do with the way the sheet was setup, and since there is a formula that relies on this value (it is a time value), it just gives me the value error if I don't add the zeroes. Thanks in advance for any help.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Better if we know the formula, Joe. Otherwise, if :20 is 20 minutes, why don't you try this format on the cells:

h:mm

Actually, I did a little poking around, and found some hidden columns I did not notice before. I was able to cobble together the information I needed. I thank you for your reply though.
