Need help with SUM

Trying to sum a range C7 to C(value of another cell). I don't quite know the syntax!

=SUM(C7:C????)

Thanks for your help!

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
