Opening Notepad file using a Macro

I am opening a notepad file using a macro.
I get a message inbetween to format the notepad file inthe excel format . I don't want this message to come in between as i have already formatted the notepad file in the macro .

Please Help Me Out.

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Hi try placing
Application.DisplayAlterts=False
at the begining of your macro and
Application.DisplayAlterts=True
at the end
