I am wondering if anyone has experience with using Excel to implement a survey? I have a project where an electronic survey would be desirable - better still, if the user's input could be tabulated in a single column on a worksheet and e-mailed back to me.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone with experience with this...tips, pitfalls and an example would be helpful!
