why can't i scroll to the right

I cant scroll to the right the bar does but the sheet doesn't

Do you have any code that sets the scroll area?

Try running this macro and see if it fixes it:

Iam sorry that doesn't help. The only macro with code is display is true or false

Hmm I wonder if you have frozen panes on your worksheet. Is it all workbooks or one specific one?

yeah the freeze panes are on when the options for formulas is on it expands the cells so that i cant get to panes on the right
