I track my teams performance in a number of ways. One report seperates the time they spend into about 8 different categories. Not every team member will have time in every category. Therefore, the report will not always look exactly the same. Once a person has any time in a category, it is permanently included in the report. My quandry is when one of the people spend time in a new category. A simple function pointing to the same reference is no godd in these cases. Therefore, I am trying to find a way for Excel to search for a name, then look for the first instance of the work "Total" after the name, and then move the same number of columns over to find a percentage I need to paste into my tracker. Is there a way to use the functions that are built into Excel to get this done? Thank you in advance for any help.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
