How can get excell to print as large as a full leagal paper page...I have it set on legal/landscape...margins .25 top sides and bottom...no header or footer..fit 1 to 1

It still does not cover the full page!

Someone mentioned changing the font size...this may work, but how do I make it standard without changing it for each page?

I would like it to print 20 rows on each page..is that possible?

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
What do you see in "View", "Page Break Preview" ? Excel get a print area set sometimes you have to adjust it or clear it. It will print tabloid or legal if you get it set correctly.

You can change the default font and size by going to Tools/Options/General then choosing the font and size you want from the lists.

It will then startup excel with your selections every time.
